Where each one wins
Pipedrive Growth is the cheapest route to automated follow-up and full email sync, at 39 dollars per seat on annual billing. Close is the pick for teams that live on the phone: calling, SMS and a power dialer sit inside the product and call minutes are passed through at cost, roughly 2 cents per minute according to Close. Attio suits teams that want a flexible data model and enrichment, and Plus is good value up to 10 seats. Past that point the jump to Pro changes the maths.
Costs that are not in the seat price
Pipedrive sells LeadBooster, Campaigns, Projects, Web Visitors and Smart Docs as paid add-ons. Close charges for calling and SMS usage, 50 dollars per month plus 2 cents per minute for its Call Assistant, and 50 dollars per extra organisation. Attio and Close include monthly AI credits per seat and sell extra credit packs, so heavy AI use adds a variable line. Budget these before you compare seat prices alone.
